At CakeEssentials, all sales are final. We strictly DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed, confirmed, or dispatched.

2. Health, Hygiene & Food Safety Standards

Due to the sensitive nature of our inventory—which includes food ingredients, edible colors, cake decorations, food packaging, and specialized baking equipment—we adhere to strict health, hygiene, and food safety regulations. To ensure that every product delivered to our customers is 100% brand new, sanitary, and uncontaminated, items cannot be returned or restocked once they leave our facility.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

Every item is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed prior to dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to an error on our part:

You must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide your Order ID along with clear photos or video evidence of the package, shipping label, and the affected item.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no extra cost. Cash or bank refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and submitted for packing or courier dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
